We have all heard the old adage “you are what you eat” but have you ever ponder about the accuracy of it? A healthy diet is an important part of being able to perform efficiently in our daily routines. In short, the food that you consumed has a direct impact on your productivity for the day. For instances, you feel bloated and tired after lunch, the inevitable need for a nap in the afternoon and the likes.
