In general, all of us strive to be successful in various aspects of life. While there are many factors that can affect and hinder our path to success, we tend to overlook the most common factor that might cause the biggest impact of all: sleep! Not only does a good night’s sleep maintain a healthy body and mind, it can also help to boost productivity for the day. 

In addition, taking even a brief nap can make a significant difference. I found a fantastic infographic created by SleepyPeople that highlights the importance of getting adequate amount of sleep every day. 

Furthermore, the infographic also highlights the consequences of sleep deprivation as well as tips to get a more fulfilling sleep.
