It is no secret that exercise is a vital tool for improving both your mind and body, in tandem with healthy eating. However, only some people realise that it can also boost different aspects such as your productivity as well as mood at work. According to a study by the UK’s Led Metropolitan University, people who devote work time to physical activity can lead to positive impacts on the performance of their jobs.

In addition, working out for at least 30 minutes each day can also improve time management, not to mention boost a person’s mood. I have found a very useful infographic that depicts the relationship between working out and productivity during the workday. Not only does it explain the benefits of working out, it also provides you with tips to perform effective workouts in order to obtain an ideal result.
