Don’t Let Others Named You As “Fatty” In Your Prime Time

Don’t ever let others named you as a “Fatty” at your prime time, which is your young age stage I meant in here. Always take the struggle and effort to makes your self looks fit while you are young and you able to control with your own fitness. Of course it should always be in a healthy way of maintaining it.  

Jogging and reading are both the essential beauty in life. Reading helps to enhance our knowledge which makes us gain more wisdom, while jogging helps to maintain our health which gives us a healthy physical body. That’s the reason why a woman or man looks great when they practice both jogging and reading in their daily life. A pretty woman not only comes with a beautiful physical looks, but with their wisdom that attracts others as well. The same logic applies to man.  

Reading helps to improve our knowledge subconsciously, as some people might think that they had read tonnes of books, but yet they also forget most of the chapters that they read. In fact, what we had learn or read actually implies to our life indirectly either in our daily action or stored in our memory without we realizing it until we utilize the knowledge someday. The same goes for fitness, some said that they had run through miles of tracks but what makes the difference? In fact, running through miles of tracks allows us to gain a better body and soul that others will feel the changed on us in a clearer view than our self. Hence, there is always no such things as wasted on what we are reading or practice in fitness.

Fitness helps to gain balance in your body and soul as well. It also helps to build a healthy mind set, where always stay humble with peace of mind.

Feeling regret for the 5KM or 10KM marathon run yesterday for the pain of the muscles you suffer the next day? It is rather good to suffer the short term pain on the next day for building a strong muscles and energy in your body. Where by you will never feel the pain once your body builds up with the muscles and prepared for any longer marathon.

As the wisdom saying goes, “we can’t change the beauty of the look of our face, but we definitely can make a change in our physical body”. The beauty of person is not solely based on the appearance itself, but with the combination of the overall balance in our self. Fitness helps to control our physical body, and it also indirectly forms a healthier and happier person. With all this we could easily attracts others attention on us with all the positive energy we had. I would say that’s the true beauty in human.

The funny thing of people who like to complaint of why others look slimmer than them is they don’t even practice a daily fitness habit and yet consuming high calories food daily. In fact, they expect something different to change in them that make them looks as slim as others. That’s definitely impossible and insane, as the world is always fair to human. You will definitely need to sacrifice something for a better gain of another thing. Just like fitness, you definitely need to sacrifice regular high calories intake in order to get a slimmer body, especially for ladies.

Once you start your habit of jogging, even though with an initial start of just a 10 minutes run, you will slowly increase your jog a little longer from time to time by naturally. That’s psychologically, especially when we enjoy the satisfaction of the healthy run. Just take a simple example for those who had started jogging all the while and try to reminisce on how you achieve a longer jogging as today. When you don’t have energy for the run, you will definitely trying hard to continue on the run when you start to think of the difference in yourself before and after jogging. It is a good way to makes you feel happy and clear the confusion in your mind that stops you from running and staying in a comfort way. Just keep going and enjoy the relaxing mood!

Whenever you feel bored and doing nothing, drag yourself for an exercise. It could help to cultivate a habit where you will practice a daily exercise. It will indirectly train our self-discipline not only in managing our fitness, but applies to managing other stuff in our life as well.
