In this increasingly competitive world, it is inevitable for most of us to suffer from stress from time to time, be it due to work or studies. While a small dose of stress can drive us to perform better, having a massive amount of stress on the other hand can cause debilitating effects on our wellbeing. Nonetheless, we are all too familiar that it can sometimes be difficult to decipher whether you are too stressed or a little stressed.  

So the multimillion dollar question is how much stress is actually too much for us to handle? In addition, this flowchart will also guide you on your next course of action after you have figured out your stress level.
