Waking up early in the morning seems to be a near impossible thing to do for some people, especially those with used to stay late night before hitting the bed. Even if they go to bed earlier, these people tend to check their mobile phones for hours and end up sleeping later than their initial plans. After all, the lights emitted from the electronics can disturb our sleep cycle.  

More of often than not, we heard of people who wake up early in the morning are at a higher chance of succeeding in their lives.
