This Chinese entrepreneur is one of the founders of Alibaba Group, Chinese largest e-commerce business group and he is currently the Executive Chairman of Alibaba Group.

1.  Giving Up Is The Greatest Failure

4. Hire Employees With Better Technical Skills Than You 
A great leader should not compare his technical skills with his workers’. If your workers do not possess technical skills that are way superior than you, it simply means that you have hired the wrong people. Employees should be the technical experts. Your role is to empower them as well as letting them to do their jobs without micromanaging them.

5. Be Courageous
Starting your own company basically means you will lose your stable monthly income. However, it also means that you are literally free from 9-5 job hours and you are able to utilise your time more effectively. Moreover, your income will no longer be limited by your fixed salary.

6. Be Diligent, Hardworking And More Ambitious Than Others
