Travelling on an aeroplane is indeed a fun experience - except for the aftermath of constantly sitting on the plane for hours without moving. The downside is that by the time you reach your destination, you will not only be jet lagged, but also having sleep deprivation. No one will ever enjoy recovering from their flights for the first few days instead of exploring the places that you are visiting. After all, you might have burned a hole in your pocket for the trip! 

Hence, getting an adequate amount of sleep while you are on the plane is most probably the best idea. Nonetheless, it is easier said than done. In all honestly, it can be really difficult to attempt sleeping due to various valid reasons such as small and uncomfortable seats, extremely cold environment, bright light from the screens and the likes.
