It is inevitable for people to have negative thoughts once in a while because being too positive all the time may bring more harm than good. However, there are people who have the tendency to think negatively over and over again that it cause adverse effects on their lives. Being extremely pessimist does not only stop you from taking any action and moving forward, but also deteriorate your health.

Nonetheless, it is pretty much a difficult to nearly impossible task to prevent yourself from thinking negatively at an instant. This is because you have unconsciously make it into a habit where you would often think that you are not competent enough in doing anything and put yourself down.
