While
it is common to listen to people lamenting about the difficulty of shedding the
extra pounds off their bodies, there are also people who actually having
trouble gaining weight! While it may seem preposterous, there are in fact
people who failed to increase their fat and muscle mass albeit trying all sorts
of possible ways. More often than not, their predicament are often being
ignored as more research are focusing on the overweight group.

those who desire to put on some weight. Firstly, the infographic explains the
reason some people are struggling to gain weight. Then, it provides eleven
simple tips to increase fat and muscle mass healthily, not to mention showing
examples of healthy food into their diet!
Here are a few tips for bulking up:
1) Eat a lot.
2) Eat well.
3) Eat lots of protein.
4) Carbs will help you put on weight, but it won't build muscle.
5) Keep a food diary.
6) Concentrate on compound exercises.
7) Rest in between when exercising.
8) Stay focused.
9) Let your muscle rest.
10) Sleep.
11) Cardio is your enemy.
